Do I need to register inflatable boats in Ohio?

-Here is the site and please tell me if I needed anything like Title, registration and/or insurance and/or anything else to be able to operate a boat of this kind. It's just for fishing in really small lakes by the way. Maybe La Due Reservoir is great too which I know they want electric motors.
