How do i find a freelance yacht captain?

-I am looking at purchasing a yacht for my families use, but we are hoping to rent it out (along with a captain) for a couple of weeks a year.

The locations we are considering are Lake Michigan, Florida and the Bahamas.

Since this is going to be sporadic, I am looking for a place to find freelance captains.
