Online Boating Course Question?

-I need a boating license for vacation to North Carolina. If I've passed in Pennsylvania (where I live) will it be legal in North Carolina? Or do I have to take North Carolina's course too?I have a new york state boating licence and I can use it in north carolina, It has to be approved by the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators. If you look on the back of your card it will say if the NASBLA approves it (it may not have 'state' in the wording but it's the same thing. Hope I could help.
